Mogau Seshoene founded The Lazy Makoti in 2014. What began as lessons for a friend, a bride-to-be who was afraid of being labelled “The Lazy Makoti” (the lazy daughter-in-law) because she couldn’t cook, evolved into a business, and inspired its name. Hosting with Lazy Makoti is Mogau's latest collection of approachable, straightforward recipes made from simple ingredients.
The Lazy Makoti's Guide to the Kitchen
I also designed Mogau's first book, The Lazy Makoti's Guide to the Kitchen, which was released by Quivertree Publications in 2018. The Lazy Makoti's Guide to the Kitchen won 'Best in the World' in the first book category at the 2018 Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.
